I installed a black k-edge on my Time VXR next to a Zipp crank and none of my ridding buddies have noticed it yet. So it blends well with the rest of the bike. I can now shift to the compact ring without considering which gear I am in on the rear cassette with the confidence that my chain will not drop. I have tested it under load and on a steep grade in the largest rear climbing gear without a failure. I Love it.
