Support your bike and trainer, but be prepared to weight down the entire mat because it has a tendency to roll back up on it is own. W. Covey (no where) - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Sunlite Trainer Mat (Misc.) I thought this was a great deal - half the price of most other mats. The reason is that the material is thin; more like shelf liner than a piece of exercise equipment. I received mine today, undid the packaging, took one look at it and I am sending it back tomorrow. Buy a higher priced mat and avoid dissapointment.
