These were a perfect blend of comfort and looks and addressed my need for a tire that would try and prevent a flat from goat head stickers. The GG designation stands for green guard, an anti-flat feature while the RLX designation stands for reflective strip. I saved about $15 per tire buying through Amazon and they took about a week to arrive. The delivery time was fine with me. These tires weigh more than the average tire and I am also pushing a thorn resistant tube. In spite of the weight my bike rolls and responds to my leisure style of riding well. No flats as of yet but this is limited to only 2 or 3 rides, but at least I am not getting a flat every time I ride like before. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful  One damned strong good rolling all around tire, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Schwalbe Marathon GG RLX Wire Bead Tire (Sports) I had the Marathon 32's on a cyclocross that I purchased about 4-5 years ago. The tires rolled well and I kept them on for about a year, around 2000 miles. I got into racing and switched to some light 25c tires and put the Schwalbes in storage. I got other bikes and started riding and burning through tires last year at a decent rate, 3 sets of tires, 6000 miles last year, wearing each set to the thinnest layer before buying new ones. I finally put the Marathons on my new cyclocross after 2500 on my knobby 32 c Richie tires.The old Marathons lasted another 1500 miles and then I went to L A with the bike weighing 53 lbs total. I weigh 208 and had the marathons pumped to 100 lbs. They worked great and made the ride comfortable, smooth, and actually fast. We averaged 16-18 miles per hour the whole ride of 500 miles. My friend had new Pasela's and he had the only flat on the whole ride. Love these tires and decided to buy the smaller 28c size for less rolling resistance... I've purchased two.The price increased $4 in the few days between purchases. When I received the second one the reason for the price increase became more clear, it was in a bicycle shipping box, yes, the box an ENTIRE bike would come in. They were both very easy to install, almost oversize! I would have preferred a better fit, but it was acceptable. There were cosmetic flaws in one of the reflective strips on the sidewall, it looked like the stripe guy had been hitting the bottle. They measure on average, about 33.3mm wide when pumped to 90psi, which is 5psi under max. The tread is VERY deep, blocky & aggressive, which, along with the thick green strip of extra puncture protection (the green in the picture) makes them very tall.
